"미국은 왜 분리수거를 하지 않을까" 라는 생각은 미국에서 긴 유학생활을 하는 동안 늘 꼬리표처럼 따라다니는 의문점이었습니다. 지구 환경 보호에 적극적으로 참여하는 영향력 있는 나라에서 기본적인 분리수거나 재활용이 시행되지 않는 문제를 직접적으로 겪으며 자연스럽게 환경문제에 대한 심각성을 체감했습니다. 이러한 경험이 티핑 포인트가 되어 평범한 직장인이었던 제가 지속가능한 친환경 브랜드 '치공'을 런칭하게 되었습니다. 또한 미국에서의 모션그래픽 디자이너 경력을 살려, 기존에 국내에서 보지못한 빈티지하고 힙한 디자인 감성을 더해 저희만의 환경친화적인 지속가능한 제품을 만들고 있습니다.
